Shipping policy

Order will be delivered within 3-7 Working Days* once placed. However, sometimes it can take longer than usual due to unexpected delays by courier companies, natural disasters, and security/political situations in the country.

Express delivery

If a customer wants an urgent delivery

• The customer must make a bank transfer for the full amount (order + delivery) since express delivery is non-COD.
• Additional charges (Rs. 400) will apply for urgent or express delivery, based on the current courier's rates for the destination.
• Keep a time frame of 2 day (min) to 3 days (max) in mind in case of unavoidable delays like courier issues, political situation, or natural disasters. 

Repeat Refusals or Cancellations by a customer

If a customer

• Cancels an order once after it is dispatched.
• Refuses to accept their order once at the time of delivery.
• Genuinely does not receive the order twice due to fake reasons given by the courier.

They will need to pay the full amount (order + delivery) via online bank transfer before their order is shipped for a next time. The order will be sent as a non-COD shipment to prevent fake claims by courier, or a repeated change of mind by customer.

Return Shipping and Re-Shipping

The charges of return shipping and re-shipping are subject to the nature of return/exchange cases.

• For Damaged or Wrong item(s), Kawaii Potions will bear the shipping costs. 
• For Change of Mind, customer will bear the charges of shipping for returning the item(s) to us and receiving them again (shipping).

Weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and Public holidays are not considered as working days. Any orders placed on weekends & public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Your orders will always be delivered through trusted courier companies, and you will always receive a tracking ID.
