Refund policy
Kawaii Potions has a No Refund Policy except for item(s) that are Defective or cause issues. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately in case of a problem for prompt resolution.
To initiate a return, kindly Contact Us within 3 days of receiving your order at our WhatsApp or Instagram here.Â
For return/refund or exchange, provide proof in the form of videos and pictures of the item(s) that clearly shows the defect/damage/problem.Â
Please note that for returns/exchange, the item(s) must be in an Unused condition to be eligible for return/exchange.
Return/Exchange/Change of Mind
The customers are entitled to an exchange of product in the following cases:
- Receiving damaged item(s)
- Receiving wrong item(s)
- Change of mindÂ
The shipping charges of return shipping and re-shipping are subject to the nature of return/exchange cases.
- For Damaged or Wrong item(s), Kawaii Potions will bear the overall shipping costs.Â
- For Change of Mind**, customer will bear the shipping charges for returning the item(s) to us, as well as for receiving the new item (only shipping would be charged).
**Change of Mind includes, but is not limited to disliking the received item(s), or wanting to replace the received item(s) due to any subjective reason by the customer.

Refunds
Kawaii Potions entertains refund for damaged/defective item(s)**, or item(s) that cause any issues for the customer.Â
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the proof/returned item(s) (if applicable). A shipping address will be provided for returning the items for inspection if needed.Â
If approved, the amount will be refunded to the provided bank/wallet account within 1-3Â business days along with proof/receipt. Please note that in some cases, it can take some time for your bank/wallet to process and post the refund. Â
**Refund for damaged/defective item(s) is only offered if the item(s) is not in stock. If it is in stock, only exchange will be applicable.**
